Your initial session is 50-60 minutes long. All follow ups are 45 minutes long.
In the first session, the therapist will go over your history, your symptoms, and what you hope to accomplish in therapy. Your therapist will then design a treatment plan that is best fit for you.
This can be decided between you and your therapist. You have the option of doing weekly, biweekly, monthly, or on as needed basis.
We offer sliding scale on a case by case basis, which is dependent on how many slots we have open at any given time.

Yes, you can do a mix of sessions, based on your availability and the therapist’s availability.

No, we cannot prescribe medicine. However, we can refer you to psychiatric practitioners who would be able to help.
We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. We ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you have to reschedule or miss an appointment.
Yes, we do offer sessions both on the weekends and in the evenings. We will do our best to find a time that works within the schedule.
