Transformative Mindset offers psychotherapy to our clients both in-person and virtually. We are currently accepting new telehealth clients for both adults and couples across the states of New York and Florida.

Our practice is home to certified THTC providers from an organization recognized by NYS, APA, and NBCC. Therefore, our team knows how to best fit your unique needs in a remote setting.

What to Expect in Virtual Therapy

In virtual therapy, you can expect a similar experience to in-person sessions, with the added convenience of attending from wherever you feel most comfortable. Before your session, ensure you have a quiet, private space and a reliable internet connection. Your therapist will join you via a secure video conferencing platform, where you’ll engage in a conversation much like you would in an office setting. You’ll discuss your thoughts, feelings, and challenges, and your therapist will provide guidance, support, and coping strategies tailored to your needs. Our team is here to answer any questions you may have about telehealth therapy and if it would be the best option for you.
