Across Miami-Dade County, Transformative Mindset offers therapy in person at our Coral Gables and Coconut Grove offices, and by secure video for clients anywhere in Florida. Our therapists see adults, teens and couples for sessions of 50 to 60 minutes, whether in the office or online.
County-Wide
Clients in Brickell, Downtown Miami, Miami Beach, Doral, Kendall, Key Biscayne, Pinecrest, South Miami, Coral Way, Homestead, Aventura and other parts of Miami-Dade can meet with us by secure video. We don't have offices in those neighborhoods, though you're always welcome to come to Coral Gables or Coconut Grove in person.
Some situations need more support than weekly outpatient therapy can give, such as an intensive outpatient program, psychiatric medication management, an eating disorder program or detox. If that's the case for you, we'll tell you and help you look for the right care.
Choosing How to Meet
If one of our offices is on your usual route, in-person sessions tend to be easy to keep. If neither is close, video sessions can help you stay consistent, and many clients use both depending on the week.
Teenagers from 13 can start therapy with a parent or guardian's consent, and parents usually make the first call. Couples can join sessions from the same room or, when needed, from two different locations in Florida.
