In-person care is available in exactly two places: Coral Gables and Coconut Grove. Everywhere else in the county, and everywhere else in Florida, is served by secure video.

Referrals and scope
Where a higher level of care is appropriate (intensive outpatient, psychiatric medication management, eating disorder programs, detox) Amber will say so and help you look. Weekly outpatient therapy is not the right container for every situation, and pretending otherwise costs people time.

Picking in person or video
If one of the two offices is on your regular route, in-person sessions are easy to keep. If it is not, video usually protects consistency better than a long drive does. Many clients use both, depending on the week.
Video sessions require you to be physically in Florida at the time of the session.
Teens and families
Teenagers from 13 are seen with guardian consent, and parents usually make the first call. Couples can join from the same room or, when needed, from two locations in Florida.
The free 5 to 10 minute consultation is the place to ask whether this fits what you are dealing with. You do not need to explain everything on that call.
